This summer, we learned about Paper Faces by Michael Rose, a graphic designer based in Buffalo, New York, who started using Paper to create daily sketches. The routine sparked an idea: “To draw at least one portrait a day for the next year.”

Four months later, over 150 “Paper faces” have been created with more than 1,300 requests in the pipeline. He’s even inspired Paper creators to return the favor.
