有許多網路文章會強調UX是不講價值的,講的是洞察是啟發。的確,價錢這件事是複雜且可能冗長的決策行為。但是消費過程,是使用者跟產品的第一次接觸,這一連串的身家調查跟相親般的初步接觸,其實就慢慢建構了使用者對產品的想法。在心理學上,這是一種”觸發”的現象,確實能夠在行為上產生相當大的影響。 有一篇文章很好的文章,文中將整個”使用者經驗”劃分成四個區塊,分別是價值、使用性、令人想要的、可接受性。當中的”價值”,作者定義為”是否有用”,的確這是使用者在消費物品會考慮的一件事,也是將行為簡化成使用者經驗研究可觸及的概念。不談價錢,因為那是另一件複雜至極的事,不過其實可以透過一些訪談的情境設計來幫助我們打中決策的核心跟直覺上對產品的想法。 關於消費行為,心理學有許多有趣的研究,一個可以直接應用到訪談的實驗。Ap Dijksterhuis與Loran F. Nordgren等研究者的實驗中提供受測者關於四間公寓的四十八項資訊,這些資訊都是有好有壞或偏負向描述,只有其中的一間公寓用正向的語彙描述。接著將受測者分成三組,一組被要求立即選出最好的公寓,另一組則給了幾分鐘考慮,第三組則是在刻意製造的分心情境下被告知要在幾分鐘內決定。這個有趣的實驗結果顯示,在分心的那組,百分之五十九的人選擇了較佳的公寓;而有時間考慮的那組是百分之四十七。相較之下,必須立即決定的那組則是百分之三十六。當人分心時,第二層的理性認知會受干擾,正因為他們相對來說倚靠第一層潛意識收集完整的知識訊息,做出整體的決策。摘自社會性動物,David Brooks。 在進行使用者訪談,我們知道要讓他們放鬆要在情境內,但又希望他們能專心的回應我們的設計。是否有些衝突 ? 其實可以試著除了在環境上提供舒適的坐椅,也請跟你一起訪談的同事製造一些”效果”,適時分心一下你的使用者吧!Read more:

Despite its minimalistic design, Paper’s tools allow for quite a complex range of blending and shading on the page. One of our community members, Bas van den Broek, has created an excellent series of “cheat sheets” that reveal a fascinating look into his exploration of Paper.
